Returns/Cancellations
Shortages or damages in transient must be claimed with the delivery carrier. Please have driver note damage to boxes or open boxes at time of shipment and have delivery carrier give you instructions on filing a claim. You must save all boxes and packing material for inspection. Libreria Inter Ponce must be notified at our customer service at info@librerianterponce.com within 48 hours for a return authorization number and instructions. We do not accept unauthorized returns.
Please do not return merchandise without a prior authorization number as it will be destroyed or refused at your expense. Returns or refused boxes for no good reason including cancellations are subject to a 30% restocking charge. No exchanges will be given on items returned with missing parts. Used items will be discarded and no credit will be given. All returns must be prepaid or they will be refused. Returns are subject to our inspection. Merchandise returned and found not ours will be returned at your expense. NO REFUND, CREDITS OR DEDUCTIONS ALLOWED. EXCHANGES ONLY.
